Topiramate 25mg

Efficacy/Indication

Initial monotherapy in patients ≥2 yrs of age with partial onset or primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures.
Adjunct therapy in patients ≥2 yrs of age withpartial onset seizures or primary generalized
tonic-clonic seizures and with seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. Migraine headache
prophylaxis in adults.

Administration/Dosage

Adults:
Initial: Week 1: 25mg bid.
Titrate: Week 2: 50mg bid. Week 3: 75mg bid. Week 4: 100mg bid. Week 5: 150mg bid. Week 6: 200mg bid.
