Phentermine HCl 37.5mg

Efficacy/Indication

Short-term (a few weeks) adjunct to weight reduction regimen based on exercise, behavioral modification, and caloric restriction in the management of exogenous obesity for patients with an initial BMI ≥30kg/㎡ or ≥27kg/㎡ in the presence of other risk factors (eg, controlled HTN, diabetes, hyperlipidemia).

Administration/Dosage

Adults(>16 yrs): Individualize dose. Usual: 1 tab ud in am. Avoid taking dose in evening.
Elderly: Start at lower end of dosing range.
